Dear friends, greetings to you. I would like to tell you about what emerged in the third part of the General Forecast for October. Yes, in practical terms, this is probably from mid-October through the end of October 2026.
And the main thought, idea, scenario that the planets are advancing in the second half of October, and especially toward the third ten-day period, is, you know, this kind of tightening into a knot of all the problems that seem solvable, both in personal relationships and in financial and business matters. Of course, we will all observe this in the external environment as well. I mean the geopolitical atmosphere and, of course, the global economic climate. And all the tension, all the rhetoric that will be pouring forth, all the promises that may be made, and all these loud exclamations about so many things—none of it will last long. It is all a farce, all operetta-like statements, all utterly irresponsible things made without understanding the true subject being discussed. That is, a lack of understanding of the objective circumstances can lead to the most inadequate, foolish, and harsh decisions.
And if we project all of this onto ordinary people's lives, then, of course, you too may feel it personally or observe it—all depending on your understanding. And, of course, I point to a large number of dates, to people who were born at certain times, on certain dates, where one can see what events will occur in connection with this and what consequences decisions may bring.
What should one do at such a time, when it is very difficult to make decisions and they cannot be definitively unambiguous? How difficult it will be to sort out personal matters, questions involving old, unresolved, unspoken things, and attempts to find some right decision, to see objective reality? Unfortunately, this is not the time for that, especially the closer we get to the end.
And there are certain dates that will be especially important. And not only the dates themselves, but also people born on those dates—there are literally several days indicated, specifying for whom. These will not simply be isolated storylines or individual circumstances, no. This is a projection for an entire year. And, of course, it is a projection affecting people, especially those born at the end of October. This is a very serious moment, when one needs to understand what demands the planets will make, if we proceed from the premise that, by forming configurations, they can create certain scenarios for the year.
But despite all the difficulties that truly appear for some of these people, I nevertheless mention other prospects that will arise somewhere in the second half of the year—I specify more precisely there—when it will be possible not simply to compensate for all the difficulties, but to understand why this storm happened.
When I write and mention different dates, of course, I want to tell you everything right here and now. But this is truly not a short text; it contains a great many different life situations and recommendations. Yet most often, especially after October 25, it can probably be regarded as a call for caution in every sense of the word: regarding decisions, well-being, and financial manipulations. This is certainly not a time to start something of that kind. And most likely, I would recommend—and this is precisely what I have written in my text—that until mid-November, try to hold back, no matter how circumstances may look, no matter how they push you toward such risky decisions, especially in financial matters. For everyone, on different fronts, so to speak—I mention this. In general, you should not give up or yield to this impulse.
Unfortunately, I cannot fully tell you here all the details that I describe in my text for certain people and groups of people. In general, that does not seem possible for now, but when you read it, it will surely be useful for you to know how to respond, what to do, and what not to do in very difficult circumstances that may return you to the distant, or perhaps recent, past—to sorting out relationships, issues of jealousy, and misunderstandings. Once again, I want to say that all these traps set by the planets in the second half of October 2026, although, of course, there will be some clearings, but very small ones—naturally, you should not rely on these traps. You should not rely on other people's advice or on haste that may look like upcoming constructive progress, making you think you can manage to do something in time. No. Any undertaking begun at the wrong time will entail long-term losses, and as a result, most often, an unpleasant ending.
Therefore, every undertaking, like every thing you have bought or created, has its own life, its own kind of horoscope, just like any person. And based on this, we can make decisions about beginning any action in order to create a favorable horoscope or cosmogram for it, however you wish to call it. But this is an important matter. And everyone who follows all my forecasts surely already understands that this is not a question of my opinion or some astrological talents, but simply of an objective perception of planetary indicators, which are the source that triggers one kind of energy or another—positive or difficult.
I hope that the General Forecast, despite the fact that I write more about human destinies, still tries to mention external events that you too will observe and have surely already observed, and you understand where all of this is heading. No matter how all the attempts to complete something, to begin something constructive, and seemingly resolve energy crises may look—alas, this is not a time for solutions; it is a time of delusions, a time of inadequate perceptions not only of reality but also of prospects.
Of course, this time will come to an end, and we will not have to wait long for it, and then more promising events will begin to unfold. We will observe the real picture and genuine forward movement. But everything that will now be presented to our eyes, our ears, and our view is, perhaps, confusion that prevents both those who create this confusion and those who observe it from seeing the truly real picture and the net result of what will come from these events, statements, and, of course, actions.
So sometimes caution is precisely the key to success. We always think that we need to take some action, and that it will lead to success. But it is no less important to achieve results through the ability to avoid risks. That is the same kind of result. Therefore, this is a very subtle picture.
You know, I almost speak with the planets; it seems to me that I feel them. And when a person acts politely, acts very reasonably, understanding their silent monologue, they too respond with a positive influence on that person's destiny. It really works. We do not notice the subtle-material circumstances that shape events. We increasingly act in the external environment. But the planets create a framework for the outward manifestation of real, materialized events. Therefore, as soon as you build this framework internally with understanding, caution, and respect for the configurations and influences that exist, they too treat your life with respect.
It probably sounds utopian to you. But since I have been in this field for more than 30 years, I observe it, and my personal skepticism was long ago dispelled by experience, by the way it truly works. And this whole story about getting out of the matrix is nothing more than breaking free from imposed, crude, material, external circumstances that force you to follow them. Yet everything most independent and willful lies precisely beyond the external screen that shows you various things. These are your relationships, your decision-making, your silent dialogue with the planets.
And I hope that after some time, you too will feel, as I do, the benefit of this polite dialogue with them. Well, of course, I wish you all the very best, the wisest, and the calmest, because calmness is the key to balancing energy; you balance it yourself. And as soon as it is balanced, it is no longer some sword of Damocles or an instrument of coercion—it becomes your ally. I hope everything will be well.
