October may begin with an increase in bad news. … All this may begin around October 2, 2026…
Even nature itself may create various unfavorable scenarios during these days: … up to dangers of a more acute kind…
“October began with an increase in bad news, precisely around October 2, 2026—creating various unfavorable scenarios: dangers of a more acute kind.”
Shelekhov, Irkutsk Region. Here, at the district hospital, which was still operating normally just yesterday, October 1, 2026, it is quiet and alarming today, October 2, 2026. Disinfection at the entrance, quarantine in the wards, and medical staff who had contact with the deceased patient are locked inside for a week. It was here that a 27-year-old woman was brought on September 29, 2026. Details are in the Novorossiya report.
In Shelekhov, the first thing that catches the eye is how quickly the hospital’s ordinary life was replaced by a high-risk infectious disease protocol.
September 29, 2026: Hospitalization
The patient was brought to the Shelekhov District Hospital with symptoms of a severe infection. Initially, doctors suspected a severe form of COVID-19, so the young woman was sent to the COVID center operating at this hospital. According to SHOT, she had returned from a business trip shortly before becoming ill. She lived and worked in Irkutsk.
October 1, 2026: Death and Diagnosis Confirmed
At the hospital, the patient’s condition deteriorated sharply. She was placed on a ventilator, but could not be saved—the young woman died on October 1, 2026. As Baza reports, the first test immediately came back positive for plague, and a repeat test confirmed it. According to 112, the deceased was Darya Sh.
Local residents who knew her say that she was energetic and worked at an anti-plague institute. And now she is gone. The Irkutsk Region has frozen in alarm.
October 2, 2026: Quarantine and Official Statements
After the highly dangerous infection was identified, quarantine was introduced at the Shelekhov District Hospital. The medical facility stopped admitting new patients, discharges from several departments were suspended, and sample collection was also prohibited. Medical staff who had contact with the patient were isolated inside for seven days. The wards were disinfected.
Two hundred people had contact with the deceased. More than one hundred of them are under observation at the Shelekhov hospital.
An extraordinary meeting of the sanitary and anti-epidemic commission was held in the government of the Irkutsk Region.
Possible Sources of Infection
The deceased worked at an anti-plague institute. Shortly before becoming ill, she had been on a business trip to Buryatia, where a natural plague focus had previously been found near the Mongolian border. The main carriers of the infection are ground squirrels. For the Irkutsk Region, this is the first case of plague in ten years.
According to Mash, the medic may have become infected after accidentally breaking a test tube containing the bacterium in the laboratory while collecting biomaterial for diagnostics. She told doctors at the hospital about the broken test tube. This version is being investigated.
In the next Global Forecast for October 2026. Part 2 (prepared in late September and published on October 5, 2026), S. Dragan predicts:
And in terms of local but noticeable events, the period around October 9, 2026, can be mentioned separately. This time—or rather, this planetary configuration, which has a not very long duration of about three days—may clearly upset some people’s nervous systems and moods, and may create a most unpleasant reason for mistakes. The main thing is that these will mostly be errors of perception. … It may well affect many people and produce quite alarming effects, especially regarding … biological and medical issues…
