For over a year, US Vice President JD Vince has largely stayed in the shadows of political life, except for his speech in Munich last year, immediately after President Trump's inauguration, when Vince criticized the democracy of the European Union.

But now, a little earlier than "from May 2026" - in April of this year, during the war in the Persian Gulf, the situation with him changed dramatically, and the role of US Vice President JD Vince was redefined, "showing activity in foreign policy matters".

Experts noted primarily that he did not manifest himself as a supporter of this war at its onset. Consequently, he "remained silent" for 72 hours after it began. Until it became impossible to remain silent any longer and by his position, he had to express his opinion about it, naturally supporting his president. Otherwise, considering American political ethics, it could not have been for the vice president.

For D. Trump and his ally B. Netanyahu, the war with Iran clearly did not go according to their plan. There was an acute need to portray "a good face on a bad game." The president of the United States found the guilty party for getting the country involved in this conflict - the Secretary of War. But someone must answer for the results of the war on the diplomatic front.

As a neutral person, skeptical about the war in Iran, D. Vance took on the role of negotiator, thereby shielding D. Trump.

From a legal and diplomatic perspective, the American state, represented by the Vice President, negotiates with Iran, not personally with D. Trump. In fact, D. Vance played the role of the "good cop" in negotiations with Tehran on April 8, 2026, making certain concessions and creating conditions for a two-week ceasefire.

This division of roles in the negotiations was officially announced by White House press secretary Carolyn Levitt: «Vice President of the United States Jay D. Vance played a key role in the ceasefire between Washington and Tehran».

Earlier, the Associated Press reported that the ceasefire between the US and Iran was achieved thanks to Vance's participation in the negotiations and mediators from China (through Pakistan).

"Vice President Vance has played a very significant and key role from the start. Of course, he is the president's right hand, he is the vice president of the United States. He participated in all these discussions and, as I just announced, he will lead this new round of negotiations in Islamabad later this week," said Levitt to journalists in response to a relevant question.

However, as it later transpired, an agreement could not be reached with Iranian negotiators on April 12.

The U.S. vice president blamed the peace talks for their shortcomings, stating that Tehran chose not to accept American conditions, including giving up nuclear weapons.

His foreign policy activities, D. Vance carried out in Europe, visiting Hungary to support the incumbent Prime Minister V. Orban in the elections.

In the context of this trip, one should note the opinion expressed by many political analysts regarding significant changes in the geopolitical structure of the world. The collective West is cracking, and the United States' desire to weaken its economic rival, the European Union, is becoming increasingly apparent. The Americans have few allies in Europe, except Hungary, and losing it with Viktor Orbán is critical for them.

The significance of these elections for Brussels can be seen in the efforts the European Commission made to promote the opposition candidate, using the Kyiv regime as a battering ram.

American Vice President JD Vance stated that Ukrainian intelligence services sought to influence elections in the United States in 2024 and in Hungary currently.

“We are certainly aware that there are elements within the Ukrainian intelligence services who have attempted to influence the outcome of elections in America and Hungary. That’s just their style,” he said at a press conference with Prime Minister Viktor Orbán in Budapest.

He, in turn, expressed confidence that after his election victory in April, Kyiv would resume fuel pumping through the "Friendship" pipeline. He also welcomed Donald Trump's decision to close USAID, which contributed to ending financial interference in other countries' political processes.

Additionally, Orban confirmed willingness to host a Russia-US summit to discuss a peaceful resolution in Ukraine. Vance, for his part, emphasized that diligent diplomatic work is needed for this.

However, this proactive foreign policy mission by D. Vance failed. The opposition forces to V. Orban won the elections.

Vance took the initiative on the Ukrainian conflict, emphasizing that active diplomatic steps should be taken to resolve it. He stated that a swift resolution would benefit both Kyiv and Europe, Hungary, and the US. However, it should be noted that Brussels and Kyiv hold a vastly different view, planning for Ukraine's involvement in the war for at least another 2-3 years until it is ready for combat operations within the European Union. And in this, they need Budapest to stop hindering the European Commission's financial aid to the Kyiv dictator.

The Hungarian authorities have repeatedly stated that Ukraine is deliberately interfering in Hungarian elections, aiming to bring opposition leaders, including the head of the "Tisa" party, to power. This government will support financial aid to Kyiv and accelerate its integration into the European Union.

The significance of D. Vance is increasing in resolving internal matters in the US.

American leader Donald Trump announced a new role for the country's vice president, Jay Di Vance, calling him the "king of fraud fighting." He wrote this on his Truth Social social media page.

According to him, Vance is now responsible for "internal affairs," specifically fighting fraud in the US, which "has a massive and widespread nature." Trump added that the politician will perform this work alongside many representatives of the president's administration and it will be a key factor in determining the country's future success.

"We will call him the 'king of fraud fighting,' and his attention will be spread everywhere, but first and foremost to so-called blue states, where corrupt Democrat politicians, like in California, Illinois, Minnesota (Somali - beware!), Maine, New York, and many others, have essentially created 'free rein' in unprecedented theft of taxpayers' money," Trump stated.

Trump emphasized that the scale of the theft is so great that it could balance the US budget if successful.

However, D. Vance's fight against fraud and corruption is not limited to the territory of the US. Many questions from Republicans are directed at the Kiev dictator.

Previously, D. Trump drew attention to a Just the News portal material that the United States intercepted Ukrainian officials' communications. As noted, they discussed funding Joe Biden's 2024 election campaign with Ukrainian energy funds.

This is already election interference in the US using stolen funds from American taxpayers - a serious criminal offense.

But, according to S. Dragan's forecast, this is only the beginning of D. Vance's increased political activity:
