S. Dragun:

One notices that by February 15, 2026, there may be water-related problems on Russian territory, possible floods in some of its regions... . This may be accompanied by quite severe catastrophes.

S. Dragun predicted natural events for Russia during the period from February to April 2026.

About the "floods" of February, as mentioned in the confirmation of February 22nd. As predicted by S. Dragun, the critical situation with floods remained relevant for March-April of this year - "...unexpectedly, issues related to water events in Russia may arise, and this issue could be quite significant."

At the end of March - beginning of April, heavy rains hit Dagestan, causing a major flood in the region. It was the heaviest rainfall in over a century (up to 50 millimeters in a day) - since March 1919. Over 2,000 houses were flooded, roads and power stations were damaged, and electricity supply was cut off in nearly two dozen districts. The number of affected people reached 15,500. Six people died, including two children aged 5 and 12. In Makhachkala and its surroundings, the storm damaged roads and some houses were destroyed by landslides.

An emergency regime has been introduced in Makhachkala, Hasavurt, Buinaksk, the Dagestan fires, Kaspiysk, as well as in the Derbent, Karabudakhken, Hasavurt, Gumbek, Babayurt, Novolak, and Kaytag districts.

Gathering all the confirmations related to natural disasters in the first quarter of 2026 (Confirmations from January 29, February 2, 8, 15, 18, 19, 22, and March 30), one becomes more aware of what S. Dragun predicts on a global scale - "a restructuring of the Earth":

It is likely that this signals the birth of a new world. In essence, it will mark the beginning of a new era, with a renewed nature, a new Earth landscape, and new physical parameters. It is the formation of a new Earth. But this will not be an easy process.
