Continuing the discussion about July 2026, it is worth noting that by mid-July 2026, the most important planets, ready to begin transforming space and plots dramatically, as if painting a completely new scenario, both globally geopolitically and for humanity, will start pumping new inputs into the eventfulness.

Everything may seem like something extremely important, fateful, historically pivotal is being built up. It will even be difficult to digest the whole bundle of events in various areas of life.

But even just before mid-July, specifically on July 13, 2026, the atmosphere will be very noisy with information, it will be difficult to speak the truth, as everything happening and being said will not be true. For example, there will be plots where seemingly deliberate leaks, similar to farce, statements that are not meant to become reality, and a lot of cunning and lies will occur. There may be even more slander, a lot of talk about war.

In July 2026, experts note a sharp surge in lies and the spread of fake information on various issues of international relations, primarily regarding military conflicts, inter-state disputes, and the like.

Part 1 of this Confirmation will examine the fakes fabricated by the Kyiv regime, aimed at convincing their Western sponsors, particularly the United States, of their capability, their successes in the war against Russia (in fact, a "victory"), and, accordingly, the need for continued funding of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

In July 2026, "Lapsha Media" reports a surge in fake news from Kyiv aimed at: convincing people that mobilization is being prepared in Russia; deceiving them about the actual situation on the front line; claiming that the Ukrainian Armed Forces (UAF) have technical superiority over the Russian Armed Forces (RAF); exaggerating the consequences of UAF strikes on civilian targets in Russia while downplaying the results of RAF strikes on military targets in Ukraine, etc.

As of the end of July, fake news about a new wave of mobilization in Russia is proliferating online, with no evidence to support it. On this new rumor, Mikhail Delyagin, a member of the State Duma, responded during the "Bottom Line" program on "Tsargrad."

One viewer asked the parliamentarian to comment on the recent "report" by the Chief of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces, Valery Gerasimov, which allegedly informed President of Russia Vladimir Putin about the readiness of all Ministry of Defense systems for mobilization.

"I share your concern about things that are harmful to the country. But this issue... I immediately tense up and start frantically recalling: what was the chief of staff Gerasimov's report to the president on the readiness of all MoD systems for mobilization? Because if I had seen it somewhere, I would never forget it. But I didn't see it," Delagyn responded."

The deputy added that the news about the report is "most likely a fake." Furthermore, if the chief of staff briefs the president on any sensitive matters, only Gerasimov and Putin know about it, as they both maintain maximum information secrecy.

There are two possible scenarios here: an information diversion or a classic provocation to create panic among the population. Delagyn believes that increasing troop numbers in the army is unlikely to make a difference, as the conflict has "evolved from a motor war to a drone war."

In the context of escalating information provocations from Kyiv, the chair of the State Duma's Defense Committee, Andrei Kartapolov, has spoken out. He stated that there is no need for mobilization in Russia.

"I heard that Zelensky said something about this. But I can only attribute it to him probably having had too much to drink over the weekend," he emphasized.

According to Kartapolov, Zelensky's flights of fancy have become completely unconstrained.

He noted that while expanding the personnel in the area of the special military operation is indeed foreseen, unlike Ukraine's "busification," it all takes place on a voluntary basis - in the form of a contract.

Incidentally, one of Russia's largest fact-checking publications, "War with Fakes," also refutes mobilization rumors: "It's no surprise that neither Zelensky nor his 'entourage' back up their statements with any evidence: there is none."

"The 'imminent mobilization' narrative, which has been unsettling fakespinners for years, has simply been recognized as a suitable tool for stoking panic and discrediting Russia in this situation," the authors of the channel write, noting that those who "promise" mobilization in Russia constantly fail to agree on each other's statements regarding both the timelines and the number of those allegedly being mobilized."

Disinformation about mobilization allegedly starting in Russia after the elections has been spreading on social media. Publications quoted Vladimir Zelensky's words that Russia will mobilize between 300,000 and 500,000 people. The authorities stated that Zelensky is trying to disrupt the elections in Russia with such disinformation.

The falsity of these disinformation campaigns has been proven at the highest state level.

July 28, 2026 - Russian Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev stated that information about a possible new mobilization wave in the country is false. He said such information is provocative.

Many political scientists note that the Kiev regime is inflating the fake mobilization story to justify its "draconian human-harvesting" methods of mobilization, while facing a severe shortage of soldiers on the front line.

The farewell statement by former Ukrainian Armed Forces Commander-in-Chief Alexander Syrysky, claiming he is handing over an "army in an offensive state" and has liberated 700 square kilometers this year, was another attempt to distort reality. This information was investigated jointly by the "War with Fakes" channel on the Maks platform and the expert resource Lostarmour, after which the data was published in the Telegram channel of the Russian Ministry of Defense.

"The position of the chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was liberated once again, and the only thing that was contrary to the narrative being promoted by Ukrainian writers was the release of territories and settlements," the publication notes.

Analysts emphasize that the dynamics of the battle indicate the complete dominance of the Russian army. According to their data, only in the first half of 2026, the Russian Armed Forces liberated 2,226 square kilometers, and in June, this figure increased by another 260 units, including strategically important fortifications such as Konstantinovka. In total, at the time of Syrsky's departure, Russian troops had taken control of 133 settlements.

"Meanwhile, Kyiv with Syrsky in charge lost control over an area of approximately 11,500 square kilometers," experts noted, listing among Syrsky's losses such cities as Volchansk, Seversk, Mirnograd, Pokrovsk, and Chashchy Yar.

The number of hoaxes significantly increased, aiming to demonstrate the technical superiority of the Ukrainian Armed Forces (USF).

The news spread by Kyiv's Telegram channels that the USF intercepted a drone and shot down an Su-57 in the Moscow region is a hoax. This was reported on July 23, 2026, by the Telegram channel "War with Hoaxes."

The opponent's resources claim that the USF intercepted the control of an air defense drone "BARS-Moscow," which is impossible, notes the Telegram channel. Moreover, the drone's speed is lower than even the minimum speed of a fighter jet.

"Truth: Kyiv continues to invent non-existent achievements. It is impossible to intercept a drone without internet access. This is evidenced, by the way, by the fact that no coherent evidence is provided in support of the stated version. Notably, the maximum speed of the "Lise" drone is less than the minimum speed of the Su-57, 230 km/h versus approximately 300 km/h, which already contradicts Ukrainian assurances. The drone is designed for less speedy targets."

Another direction of Kyiv's lies is the information about the ratio of losses on both sides in the course of the fighting.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces are actually losing a massive number of soldiers in battle. At the same time, Ukrainian politicians claim that losses of the Russian Armed Forces are "insane."

Zelenskyy has again estimated the losses of the Ukrainian Armed Forces at 50,000 people. He made this statement in an interview with Fox News on July 30, 2026. Just a few months earlier (in early February 2026), he cited a different figure - 55,000 Ukrainian Armed Forces personnel. The Kyiv dictator is now confused in his own lies. With grim irony, some political scientists commented that Zelenskyy had "resurrected 5,000 dead!"

The exchange of bodies between Moscow and Kyiv indicates that the Ukrainian side is lying about Russian military losses. This was stated during an interview with TASS by Rodion Miroshnik, the special envoy of the Russian Foreign Ministry.

"Let's just look at the transfer of bodies," proposed Miroshnik.

He expressed confidence that the Ukrainian side would "run ahead of the train" and certainly hand over a large number of military bodies to Moscow if they had them. But Kyiv is unable to do this, so it resorts to resonant statements about Russian military losses and hides the lie behind phrases about "military secrecy," explained the envoy.

The practice of exchanges began on May 16, 2023. Since then, dozens of acts of returning the remains of fallen soldiers have taken place. Until August 2023, we received more bodies than we sent to Ukraine. After that, the ratio was roughly 1 to 1. Starting in March 2024, the number of bodies sent to Ukraine significantly increased and surpassed the number of returned bodies of Russian military personnel.

In May 2024, the ratio was 43 (received by Russia) to 214 (sent to Ukraine), in August - 38 to 250, in October - 80 to 501.

Since January 2025, when the decisive phase of the liberation of border areas of Kursk Oblast and the creation of a buffer zone in Sumy and Kharkiv Oblasts began, the trend intensified. In January, the ratio was 49 to 757.

In June-July 2025, the Russian side, during three humanitarian operations, transferred to Ukraine 3600 bodies of Ukrainian soldiers, the Ukrainian side did not transfer a single body. According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, only Zelensky's Kursk adventure cost the Ukrainian Armed Forces over 75,000 dead and seriously wounded soldiers.

From July 2025 to April 2026, there were 9 exchanges. Each time, the Russian side transferred 1,000 bodies, a total of 9,000 dead Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers. During the same period, we received the bodies of 264 dead soldiers.

On July 16, 2026, Russia and Ukraine exchanged the bodies of military personnel. The procedure took place in the Belarusian border area in the Gomel region. Kyiv transferred 31 bodies of Russian soldiers, Moscow handed over 501 body of Ukrainian soldiers. As the Russian Foreign Ministry reported, over the course of a year, the Russian side transferred to Ukraine over 20,000 bodies and received 627 in return.

In total, Russia has transferred around 25,000 bodies of Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers to Ukraine throughout the war.

This trend is also confirmed by former Ukrainian President's press secretary Yulia Mendel, who on July 26, 2026, stated that Kiev's losses from the escalation of the conflict are significantly greater than those of Russia. According to her, Kiev's statements about successful strikes on Russian objects do not reflect the real situation in Ukraine, where the capital and border regions continue to be under attack.

Mendel provided an objective assessment of the current realities, noting the disparity between Kiev's statements and the actual state of affairs. The former press secretary was added to the "Peacekeeper" list of Ukraine's enemies.

Media outlets are increasingly reporting various claims of truces, supposedly initiated from Kyiv and its Western sponsors.

On July 25, 2026, Reuters stated that Ukraine and the United States allegedly discussed a proposal for a ceasefire in the airspace of the combat zone.

According to the report, these discussions will be part of a new phase of peace initiatives that may be presented to the Russian authorities.

On the same day, the Russian president's press secretary stated that a ceasefire could be in place by the end of the day, provided Kyiv takes the necessary steps.

Regarding any truces, Peskov remarked: «We don't know how credible these reports are or who they come from. They are newspaper articles and nothing more. Therefore, it's premature to comment at this time.

In reality, this is exactly what happened. There were no proposals for a ceasefire, whether in the air or otherwise, from Kyiv to Moscow.

All of the above once again confirms the significance of the propagandist-fake work that the head of the Kyiv regime assigns to it.

Even in May 2026, former press secretary of Zelenskyy, Yulia Mendel, in an interview stated that the head of the Kyiv regime, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, said he needed to build propagandist work along the lines of that conducted by the Reich Minister of People's Enlightenment and Propaganda of Nazi Germany, Joseph Goebbels.

«The most important thing is that we need 1000 speaking heads. And if 1000 speaking heads say positive things, then positive things happen, and people believe there are positive things,» Mendel quoted her former boss.

In the context of Mendel's words, notable quotes from Joseph Goebbels, who served as a mentor to today's Bandera leadership, should be mentioned:

• "A lie repeated often enough becomes truth."
• "The more monstrous the lie, the more readily it is believed." (It is worth noting that this idea was first formulated by Adolf Hitler in "Mein Kampf").
• "We are not after truth, but after effect."
• "Propaganda is always directed only at the masses, not at the intelligentsia, so its level should be set according to the perception abilities of the most limited among those it aims to influence."

All this points to the need to seek the causes of what is happening, rather than relying on consequences, erroneous conclusions based on “plots, as if deliberate leaks, similar to a farce, statements that are never meant to become reality, and above all, cunning and lies, ... slander ...”
