Global Human Forecast for July 2026. Part 2. (Published July 6, 2026, link)
S. Dragan:
Continuing the discussion about July 2026, it's important to note that by mid-July 2026, the most significant planets, poised to initiate profound changes in space and narratives, painting a completely new global geopolitical and human scenario, will begin pumping new inputs into events. Everything could appear to be building up to something extremely important, fateful, and historically pivotal. Yet, it will be challenging to process the complex web of events across various life areas. Even before mid-July, specifically on July 13, 2026, the atmosphere will be highly information-noisy, making it difficult to discern truth from untruth, as all that is happening and being reported will not be genuine. There will be narratives, seemingly orchestrated, with farcical injections, statements destined never to materialize, and above all, much cunning and deceit...
The first part of "Confirmation" from August 3rd discussed Kiev's regime's disinformation aimed at convincing the global community of the myth of "a turning point in the war and the successes of the Ukrainian Armed Forces."
But in July, in the information space, it seemed as if something extremely important, fateful, and historically significant was building up.
Let's continue examining various aspects of the current situation in the world, which is characterized by "intense information noise, the truth of which will be difficult to ascertain, as everything that is happening and being reported will not be true."
Special attention deserves information related to energy supplies for peace and the overall situation around the war in the Persian Gulf.
The fake war around this topic has become a source of significant financial manipulations. Oil prices indeed react sharply to news reports of escalation on one hand, and of a supposedly planned ceasefire between Iran and the US on the other.
The oil market is often manipulated by the team of US President Donald Trump or his allies, pushing news about the war in the Middle East. This was stated by an expert from the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation and the National Energy Security Fund, Igor Yushkov.
The head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF), Kirill Dmitriev, was surprised by the sharp 8% drop in WTI crude oil prices on July 27th of this year. In connection with this, he expressed on his social media page the assumption that "someone is manipulating the market." It is noted that the drop in prices occurred despite cuts in supplies and Houthi statements about attacks on Saudi Aramco facilities. Yushkov revealed what Dmitriev meant by this "conspiracy theory."
"Dmitriev is not without reason introducing such a conspiracy theory. It is clear that often these manipulations are carried out by Trump's team. His statements depend on the quotes of different stocks. The oil price is currently reacting very strongly to news. Recently, it rose to $100 per barrel in response to the obvious escalation: the US has become more actively shelling Iran, Yemeni Houthis shelled Saudi Arabian tankers in the Red Sea and claimed they would block the export of Saudi oil passing through the Red Sea," he noted.
Thus, Yushkov explained that the drop, of which Dmitriev speaks, occurred according to the same principle - literally based on two news messages.
The current drop in prices to $84-85 per barrel occurred very quickly, and it's clearly a reaction to the news. First, reports emerged that the US would not attack Iran due to a lack of air defense systems. Second, Iran is negotiating with Oman to restore shipping in the Strait of Hormuz. Consequently, oil traffic will be more accessible to the global market. These two news items pushed oil prices down. However, I believe this is temporary. After all, the Strait of Hormuz is currently closed, there is still a shortage of oil supply on the global market, and oil-consuming countries are depleting their strategic reserves. Therefore, I think we will still see high levels due to fundamental factors rather than just news reports," he concluded.
Earlier, Dmitryev stated that global oil prices would be above $150 per barrel, as reported by the Telegram channel "Radio Point NSN".
«A very serious event has begun in the information space. It's as if a categorically new scenario and global geopolitics plots are being sketched»
The Iran war has been a windfall for major Western oil companies, which have seen their profits soar. One way or another, oil revenues have reached their highest levels in years.
According to The New York Times: «Global oil prices averaged around $96 per barrel in the second quarter of 2026, 45 percent higher than the same period last year. This rewarded companies that were able to extract and ship oil around the world despite the fighting in the Middle East.»
The largest US oil company, Exxon Mobil, reported on July 31st that it earned $14.53 billion from April to June, more than twice as much as in the second quarter of 2025. The famous Chevron's profit in the second quarter jumped to $12.07 billion from $2.49 billion the year before.
The war with Iran has also been very beneficial to the largest oil companies in Europe, from Norwegian Equinor to British Shell. As this London-based company reported, Shell's profits in the second quarter tripled compared to 2025, reaching $10.82 billion.
Under these circumstances, the alleged desire of the United States to end the war raises serious doubts. All the peace agreements declared by D. Trump are being sabotaged by the Americans themselves, demonstrably. It just so happened that the latest wave of attacks in this ill-fated Strait of Hormuz - mutual attacks - again led to a rise in energy prices. And what's the result?
International oil prices, which were at a nearly pre-war level of $72 per barrel at the beginning of July, jumped to around $87 by July 31st.
The CEO of the French oil giant TotalEnergies, Patrick Pouyanne, pretends to be disappointed, hiding his joy: "The situation remains extremely unstable as the Strait of Hormuz periodically becomes a battlefield. The company's profits in the second quarter more than doubled to $5.44 billion."
The staggering revenue of Western firms is part of a larger annual income of $425 billion that would come to the broader industry if the average price of a barrel of crude oil is $90 per year, as many analysts predict.
In general, "military" profits of oil companies once again confirmed that the United States is a state whose main idea is greed. And it is capable of bringing a lot of misery not only to its citizens but to the whole world.
What Washington actually declared in July of this year as its supposed quest for peace in the Persian Gulf is «…scripts, as if specially staged, farcical leaks, statements that are not destined to become reality, and above all - a lot of cunning and lies….
S. Dragan predicts:
in the future… there may be even more slander, much talk of war.
