S. Dragan:

…But by October 17, 2026, this will already be a more obvious factor in changing his (Zelensky’s) position within the coordinate system. No matter how hard he tries to be as “charming” as possible at this time, his train is leaving, and there are signals of the end of his former path and the departure of the main beneficiary of his scenario…

The sharp deterioration in Zelensky’s “political stability” in early October 2026 was mentioned in the Confirmation of October 13, 2026.

But in these days, as S. Dragan had forecast, the situation began to develop so rapidly that it deserves additional consideration.

After D. Trump proposed that the Ukrainian people choose a new president to replace the “long-illegitimate head of the Kyiv regime,” Zelensky flew into a rage and rushed to seek help from his London handlers.

Moreover, using media outlets controlled by Democrats in the United States and Jewish globalists in the EU, he intensified his anti-Trump rhetoric.

At the same time, Zelensky “sought to be as ‘charming’ as possible at this time” for his London and Brussels masters.

According to leading political scientists, in his interviews Zelensky turns everything upside down, trying to insult and accuse D. Trump himself, thereby playing into the hands of the Republicans’ opponents ahead of the midterm elections.

The Kyiv dictator dared to question the correctness of Trump’s decisions, calling the diesel deal with Russia that he had reached a “weak decision.”

As has long been customary among Ukraine’s nationalist clique, the words of the U.S. leader are once again being “distorted.”

Thus, D. Trump, taking into account Congress’s 2022 requirements for the temporary lifting of sanctions (the diesel deal), stated the necessity and conclusion of an energy truce, meaning only a refusal of mutual strikes on oil refineries. Zelensky, deceiving everyone, tried to declare that there had been an expanded agreement covering all of the country’s energy facilities.

Zelensky is lying about Ukrainians’ opinion that elections should take place only after the war. This is a lie and the results of falsified polls on Bankova Street. At the same time, the “Kyiv clown” does not recall that by remaining in the presidential seat, he himself is grossly violating the requirements of Ukraine’s Constitution.

Another lie is that elections cannot be held during a war. The experience of Russia, Israel, the United States, and a number of other countries shows that elections must and can be held even under conditions of military conflicts.

Ever since the Minsk agreements, the Kyiv clique has tried, under the guise of peaceful truces, to buy time to restore its combat capability and rearm for the subsequent conduct of war. Thus, Zelensky, using this method, stated that he needed 60 days of truce to organize elections.

Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov commented on the Kremlin’s reaction to these plans by Zelensky: “The President of Russia... will be ready to give an order not to strike Ukraine... precisely on election day.”

At the same time, he noted that the 60-day truce requested by Kyiv supposedly for holding elections is in fact needed by Ukraine to heal its wounds and continue the conflict.

A significant danger to Zelensky’s regime is evidenced by the fact that even his former partners have begun to pressure him. Accordingly, “Zelensky’s train is leaving, and there are signals of the end of his former path and the departure of the main beneficiary of his scenario…”

The United States is threatening, should strikes on Russian oil refineries not cease, to stop providing intelligence information and weapons supplies under the aid program.

At the meeting held in Miami on October 9, 2026, a demand was voiced to stop the strikes. The American and Ukrainian delegations were supposed to discuss “ways to persuade Russia to end the war,” FT reports. The second round of talks with the Americans, scheduled for Saturday, October 10, 2026, was canceled.

In an interview with the publication, a Ukrainian official stated that Kyiv would continue striking Russian energy facilities despite the Moscow-Washington deal. “We will burn the oil refineries,” the publication’s source said.

In an interview with Western media on October 14, 2026, Zelensky stated that Ukraine, after a three-day pause (which, according to many experts, did not actually occur), was resuming strikes on Russian oil refineries. At virtually the same time, the Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked an oil refinery in Ryazan.

Zelensky, actively joining the pre-election struggle in the U.S. midterm elections in the interests of the Democrats, decided to use D. Trump’s currently declared ability to pressure him.

And the “first warning bell” for Zelensky had already rung on October 13 and 14, 2026, when Kyiv allegedly did not receive information about the launches of Russian ballistic missiles. It was officially acknowledged that the warning system had malfunctioned due to bad weather. But what really happened remains a matter of speculation.

Later, some experts acknowledged that there had been no special restriction on the transfer of intelligence data. These were strikes by S-400 missiles, which the United States cannot detect.

But this is not important to Zelensky. The main thing is to accuse D. Trump of allegedly helping Russia.

The “second signal” was the slowdown of Starlink. SpaceX chief Elon Musk stated that he had nothing to do with Starlink’s slowdown in Ukraine. According to him, the Starshield system, whose operational restrictions were complained about by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, belongs to the U.S. government and is controlled by the military and U.S. President Donald Trump. The White House also disavowed imposing the restrictions.

As experts later noted, the cause of the Starlink malfunctions could have been that a number of UAVs have a “paid package” of services for speeds no higher than 100 miles per hour (160 km/h). But because of a tailwind, the UAVs’ speed increases, and the Starlink connection begins to fail.

For Zelensky, this is not important either. The main thing is to “pour water on the Democrats’ mill,” declaring to everyone that D. Trump is demanding Kyiv’s capitulation.

In all his speeches during his trip to London, the head of the Kyiv regime accuses Washington of Ukraine not receiving intelligence information and of Starlink slowing down. But Zelensky did not specify which partners he meant when speaking about the lack of warning.

U.S. President Donald Trump stated that the United States had not stopped sharing intelligence information with Ukraine. These events caused discontent among the Ukrainian military and heightened concerns about worsening relations between Kyiv and Washington.

Zelensky himself had become “completely brazen” and began declaring that only he could give Americans permission to purchase Russian diesel, since the Kyiv dictator decides how and when to strike Russian oil refineries and tankers carrying purchased diesel fuel.

Even the leaders of European Union countries were dismayed by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky’s statements addressed to White House chief Donald Trump and intend to urge him to soften his rhetoric. Financial Times reports this, citing sources.

On October 16, 2026, D. Trump said: “I think that in the end they will find a solution, one way or another. But it will be without him, because he does not want a settlement.” According to him, Volodymyr Zelensky only speaks of a desire to find a peaceful solution; in reality, these are “just words.”

Commenting on requests to Volodymyr Zelensky not to strike Russian oil refineries, Mr. Trump noted that the Ukrainian president is “difficult to deal with.” “I cannot call myself a big fan of Zelensky,” Trump added, noting that under the current Ukrainian leadership, “they have destroyed their own country.”

The escalating struggle between the D. Trump administration and Zelensky, and between Zelensky himself and his opponents inside the country, clearly demonstrates that “…by October 17, 2026, this had already become a more obvious factor in changing his (Zelensky’s) position within the coordinate system.”

S. Dragan forecasts:

…By the end of November 2026 (November 30, 2026), moving toward the final complete phase (around December 21, 2026), the final chapter begins, in which his power may finally fade away…

To be continued…
