S. Dragan:

More precisely, closer to October 9, 2026, there are indicators of the completion of his (Zelenskyy's) “mission.” It is as if his main secret support, which had previously been his primary foundation, is leaving him. As though someone very important stood behind him, perhaps not one of those on the political front stage. It is quite possible that, understanding this trend, already at the very beginning of August 2026 he will seek to unexpectedly change course or even alter his previous philosophy. At this time there will be a trip worth paying attention to. But this will only be the first stage of changes, with a likely search for a new source of financing…

Serious problems for Zelenskyy and the Kyiv regime in the summer of 2026 had already been noted in a whole series of Confirmations (July 10, July 14, July 16, August 19, September 29).

But it was precisely “closer to October 9, 2026 that indicators of the completion of Zelenskyy's ‘mission’ manifested themselves vividly.”

The Kyiv regime is sustained by Western aid, the foundation of which is the United States. But it is precisely “Washington that is leaving as the main secret support that had previously been Zelenskyy's primary foundation.”

U.S. President Donald Trump stated on October 10, 2026, that Ukraine needs a leader who can reach an agreement with Russia.

“He (Zelenskyy — ed.) could have settled this conflict many times and chose not to do so... I suggest that they (the Ukrainians — ed.) find a new leader who can make a deal,” Trump told reporters.

All this was the result of Zelenskyy's mistakes in his political and state activities, which began for him long ago — back in the pre-war period, and then during the 2024 U.S. presidential election.

Subsequently, there was the disgrace in the Oval Office at the beginning of 2025 and attempts by European leaders to persuade D. Trump not to refuse aid to the Kyiv regime. The situation seemed to level out for Zelenskyy. And he began playing the role of a winner, assuring everyone of the superiority of the Ukrainian Armed Forces over the Russian Armed Forces and demanding that the war continue until the 1991 borders. But this lasted only until recently.

Since the beginning of summer, a terrorist war against Russia began. Zelenskyy, continuing to bet on London, in favor of its geopolitical and business interests, which conflict with the interests of Republicans in the United States, ordered the Ukrainian Armed Forces to begin attacking Russian oil refineries in an attempt to harm Russia's economy and, as a result, create problems in the energy sector for the entire global community.

These “40 days of coercion into peace” declared by the dictator, focused on terrorist acts, became a fatal mistake of the Kyiv regime. It “let the genie out of the bottle.”

Moscow responded harshly to Ukrainian strikes on Russian civilian facilities by targeting facilities important to Zelenskyy's regime. Kyiv received a crushing blow to its military-economic, energy, and logistics facilities.

Access to the Black Sea became impossible for transportation. Kyiv was left without export opportunities. Farmers found themselves on the verge of bankruptcy. Metallurgy came to a complete halt. Kyiv's bridges, as well as other Dnipro bridges and the complete disruption of logistics, are under threat.

In mid-summer, Zelenskyy — “at the very beginning of August 2026, began seeking to unexpectedly change course or even alter his previous philosophy”, understanding that a search for new sources of financing was necessary, and began changing his rhetoric. But instead of truly seeking a path to peace, he began imitating it and declaratively proclaiming his desire to become an ardent supporter of peace, while putting forward deliberately unacceptable conditions for a peaceful ceasefire.

At the same time, he tried to retain for himself the possibility of rebuilding military forces and resuming hostilities. Many political analysts note that war remains for Zelenskyy the only way to preserve not only his political, but possibly also his physical life. Peace may deprive him of all this and, most importantly, of the funds acquired through corruption. Losing power would be a catastrophe for Zelenskyy.

Zelenskyy has run out of money, “but in fact this is only the first stage of changes, with a likely search for a new source of financing…”

He began demanding additional funding from the European Commission. But Europe itself is in an extremely difficult financial situation, and as a result, the Kyiv leader quarreled with Ursula von der Leyen at a meeting in New York during the UN General Assembly. And the Polish authorities demand an accounting for the money already transferred to Kyiv. Zelenskyy is freaking out; he does not intend to account for the money that he and his corrupt associates have already “absorbed.”

According to Ukraine's Finance Ministry, the country currently lacks at least €30 billion to plug its “budget hole.”

Only at the beginning of October 2026 did the European Union allegedly agree with Kyiv on covering Ukraine's budget deficit. As the European Commission reported, the financial and military needs of the Ukrainian regime for 2026 would be fully compensated.

Brussels officials had previously questioned Kyiv's claims of a $27 billion budget deficit. In addition, Europeans linked the provision of funds to Kyiv with the implementation of reforms. However, the Ukrainian Rada never approved the necessary legislation.

“Today, thanks to coordinated joint efforts, we have identified funds to cover Ukraine's budgetary and defense needs for 2026,” states a declaration by European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen.

No details were provided as to why Brussels decided to change its decision and give in to Kyiv.

But Kyiv rejoiced too soon: instead of nearly €30 billion, it may receive a maximum of €3 billion, that is, an order of magnitude less.

The most serious problem for Zelenskyy was that strikes on Russian oil refineries seriously angered the American leader.

The United States repeatedly demanded that Zelenskyy not strike Russian oil refineries, but he did not listen. This was stated by U.S. President Donald Trump.

“We said: ‘<...> just do not strike oil refineries <...>, because Russia supplies a significant portion of diesel fuel around the world <…>, do not strike diesel fuel, because this will lead to a serious problem, to an acute shortage of it.’ And what does he do? He goes and strikes diesel fuel. <…> He cannot act this way, because we have a global problem, and this problem is caused by a shortage of diesel fuel refineries,” the American leader noted in a conversation with reporters at the White House.

And now, Zelenskyy's illegitimacy is being discussed not only in Russia and Ukraine itself, but also in Washington.

To reiterate: U.S. President Donald Trump called for elections to be held in Ukraine. The American leader stressed that Zelenskyy could have ended the Ukrainian conflict many times, and that it would be better for him to stop immediately, while it is time for Ukraine to choose a new president.

These words caused Zelenskyy to panic, and he “ran” to European handlers for advice, who need a war “until the last Ukrainian.”

“Zelenskyy, naturally, being in hysterics, is hardly capable now of taking any considered actions. If he were capable of taking considered actions, he would now be demonstrating an inclination toward peace negotiations,” Peskov said.

On the contrary, Zelenskyy demands more money “from all his overseers,” including for air defense and long-range weapons, as well as access to Starlink infrastructure so that the Ukrainian Armed Forces can strike deep into Russia, the Russian leader's press secretary listed.

Peskov called it Zelenskyy's mistake that he is inclined to display what he believes to be “aggression capable of effectiveness” toward Russia.

“This is a tragic mistake for Ukraine. One cannot behave this way with Russia. Those who behave this way with Russia pay the price. Ukraine is now paying the price,” he emphasized.

S. Dragan forecasts:

…But by October 17, 2026, this will already be a more obvious factor in changing his (Zelenskyy's) position in the system of coordinates. No matter how much he strives to be as “charming” as possible at this time, his train is leaving, and there are signals of the completion of his former path and the departure of the main beneficiary of his scenario…

By the end of November 2026 (November 30, 2026), moving toward a complete final phase (around December 21, 2026), a final chapter begins in which his power may finally fade away…

To be continued…
